Terms of Service

1. General

This document is a public offer (hereinafter - the Offer) of self-employed individual Maksim V. Taran (INN 971519602992), hereinafter - the Seller, and defines the terms of purchasing digital products through lenec.shop (hereinafter - the Website).

Placing an order on the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

2. Subject

The Seller provides the Buyer with access to digital products:

  • FPGA firmware - for DMA cards, built individually for the Buyer's device DNA-ID. Purchased as a one-time payment (lifetime license).
  • Game modifications - software bound to the Buyer's device HWID. Provided on a subscription basis for the period specified in the variant description (1, 7 or 30 days).

Specifications, prices and terms of use are listed on the respective catalog pages.

3. Order process

  1. The Buyer registers on the Website.
  2. The Buyer selects a product and variant (one-time purchase or subscription).
  3. The Buyer pays using one of the available methods.
  4. For FPGA firmware: after payment confirmation the Buyer enters their device DNA-ID in their account. The Seller builds the firmware and provides a download link.
  5. For game modifications: after payment confirmation the loader and license are bound to the Buyer's HWID. Access is granted instantly.

4. Digital delivery

All products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical shipping.

  • FPGA firmware - built individually for the Buyer's device DNA-ID. Average build time is 25 minutes. The file is available for download in the account. The Buyer is notified by email.
  • Game modifications - the loader and license are delivered instantly after payment confirmation and bound to the Buyer's HWID. Files are available in the account.
  • Subscriptions (game modifications) - activated automatically after payment. Access is granted for the period specified in the variant (1, 7 or 30 days). After expiration the subscription is deactivated; repurchase is available at any time.

The Buyer accesses files via a secure link in their account. The link is valid for the period specified at the time of order.

5. Payment

Payment is made via one of the following methods:

  • SBP (Faster Payments System) - via YooKassa.
  • Cryptocurrency - via Trybit.
  • Funpay activation code - redeemed in the account.

A receipt is generated automatically and sent to the Buyer's email.

6. Warranty

FPGA firmware carries a warranty of 1 (one) month from the date of purchase. If the firmware stops working within this period due to causes outside the Buyer's control (anti-cheat update, build defect), the Seller will provide an updated firmware version for the same DNA-ID.

If the updated version is not provided within 7 (seven) days of the firmware ceasing to work, the Buyer may request a full refund of the amount paid. Refund requests are sent to the Seller via email or Telegram (see section 10).

The warranty does not cover:

  • hardware failure or device replacement by the Buyer;
  • use of the firmware on a device with a different DNA-ID than specified in the order;
  • violation of operating conditions described in the documentation.

To make a warranty claim, contact the Seller via email or Telegram (see section 10).

Game modifications (subscriptions) are not covered by the warranty. Access is valid for the paid subscription period.

7. Refunds

Since the product is digital and built/delivered individually for a specific device, refunds are not available after the firmware build has started or the game modification license has been activated, except when the product does not match its description or has a defect confirmed by the Seller.

8. Liability

The Seller is not liable for the inability to use the product due to causes outside the Seller's control (hardware faults, equipment incompatibility, actions of third parties).

9. Personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data (email, name) solely for order fulfillment and issuing receipts. Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.
